We're a small Sydney CRM consultancy and APAC's first Attio Expert partner. We replace Salesforce and HubSpot for growing B2B businesses with Attio, n8n and Claude, and we do it on fixed prices in weeks rather than months.
The role
Most of what makes our CRM builds work lives in the automations behind them, and we've got more of those to build than hands. We need someone to own that layer: build n8n workflows that move data between Attio and the tools our clients already run, write the migration pipelines that bring years of history across from HubSpot, Salesforce or Affinity, connect the APIs that have no off-the-shelf integration, and keep it all running once it's live.
Claude is how we build
Claude is in almost everything we ship. You'll use Claude Code to write and debug workflow logic, scripts and API calls, and you'll build Claude into the workflows themselves: reading call transcripts, updating records, drafting follow-ups and deciding what happens next.
You
You've built real workflows in n8n, Make or Zapier, and you know what happens when a webhook fires twice or an API rate-limits you halfway through a migration. You're comfortable with JSON, HTTP requests and a bit of JavaScript. If you've built something real with Claude Code, even better: that's how we work every day. You don't need CRM consulting experience. We'll teach you Attio, and you'll be one of a handful of people in the region who know it properly.
